Please allow 3-5 days for your package to be shipped! 

Please double check your shipment address to avoid potential delays or losses. We are not liable for incorrect addresses provided by customers.

You are responsible for the shipping fee to reship if your package is returned due to delivery issues (wrong address provided, not being able to pick up from carrier, etc.). 

Refund

No refund or exchanged. All sales are final.

Damages and issue

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us as soon as possible, if the item is defective, damage or if wrong item arrived, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please e-mail me through the contact page (rosealleyshop@gmail.com) within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can assist.

Lost package

Please note that once the package leaves our premises it is no longer under our control. By purchasing from us, you accept that we, Rose Alley Shop, will not be liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments. We’re unable to replace lost package. If a package has been lost, please contact your local post office with the provided tracking number for more information.
